TRX Class

TRX Suspension Training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless.

(Beginner & Advanced classes offered)

Class will be capped to 8 people.

 

Fighter Fit 101- Shadowboxing

Teaches the basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw punches. Gradually building up your stamina, strength and endurance. This class will give you a chance to use the boxing style fitness training regimen without the contact; using your hands or very light hand weights, jump rope and your own body weight Once you get the basics mastered, you will then progress to more advanced footwork and punch combination routines. We will also work on defensive skills

Fighter Fit Bags & Mitts class (Semi-Private)

This class, As the name suggests, you can expect a lot of old fashioned bag work. You will put in some hard rounds pushing the pace on a heavy bag, and continue to improve your technique and learn new combinations along the way. While the coach holds the mitts, you will learn and practice punch combinations (preaching proper techniques) and defensive techniques without the threat of being hit.

Class will be capped to 8 people.

Total Body- Strength & Toning (Semi-Private)

Our goal is to work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This sculpting class tones upper body, lower body using resistance bands, dumbbells, body bars, body weight and plyometrics.

Class will be capped to 8 people.

Bootcamp (Semi-Private)

The HIIT Circuits class is a powerful total body conditioning program that involves both strength and cardio exercise. Each 30 sec interval with push you into your high intensity “zone”. Designed to change each week, we will utilize a mix of free weights, battle ropes, TRX, BOSU balls, steps, medicine balls and more.

Class will be capped to 8 people.
