Sports Performance Development

Our SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING (SPT) program consists of the following:

  1. Flexibility / Cardiovascular

  2. Core / Balance

  3. Plyometric / Speed & Agility

  4. Strength / Power

“SPT” builds upon the foundational components of fitness with layers of specificity. Flexibility requirements are designed to mimic the motions performed on the field/court. Strength and power components are comprised of total body moves that involve upright and ground activities. Speed, agility, and quickness training are designed with multiple moves that involve the need to react with varying situations. Different endurance training exercises are used depending on their specific need for the sport. While enhancing these foundations, skills and sport technique are also built into the “SPT” program.

THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT BENEFIT OF “SPT” PROGRAM IS THAT THESE COMPONENTS ARE DESIGNED AND INTEGRATED TO CREATE AN EXPLOSIVE, INJURY RESISTANT ATHLETE.
