Healthy Breakfast Pudding

I couldn’t believe this recipe when I actually came across it and I’m so happy I decided to give it a try for my daughter’s birthday since she is unable to have dairy.

Only 4 ingredients, so easy to make, delicious and filling! Not to mention a great option for a high protein breakfast 🥚

Ingredients
-3 Eggs
-1/2 cup non dairy milk
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1/4 cup cacao powder

1. Scramble the eggs. Allow to cool.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and allow to sit for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
3. Enjoy!
