Every week, we have our busy schedules between training clients, the kid’s schedules, and fitting in our own time to workout. These peanut butter oat balls have become a staple in our house every week to take on the go. Just 4 ingredients, easy to make, and no time spent cooking!
Ingredients
- 3 cups oatmeal (I usually grind into a flour to make it easy to mix)
- 1 and 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Grind down the oatmeal into a flour using a blender or nutribullet. This is not necessary, but it creates a fine texture and allows for the mixture to become very even with the ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place bowl in refridgerator for 10 minutes.
- Form into small balls (makes 24).
- Store in the fridge!
