Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Recipe from Optimal Wellness

Every week, we have our busy schedules between training clients, the kid’s schedules, and fitting in our own time to workout. These peanut butter oat balls have become a staple in our house every week to take on the go. Just 4 ingredients, easy to make, and no time spent cooking!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal (I usually grind into a flour to make it easy to mix)

  • 1 and 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Grind down the oatmeal into a flour using a blender or nutribullet. This is not necessary, but it creates a fine texture and allows for the mixture to become very even with the ingredients.

  2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Place bowl in refridgerator for 10 minutes.

  4. Form into small balls (makes 24).

  5. Store in the fridge!
